Membership Agreement

We will save you a spot every 4 or 8 weeks with the same groomer! 

We offer two types of membership. Every 4 weeks or every 8 weeks. At the end of your grooming service, our groomer will pre-book your next appointment for you. You never have to call to schedule an appointment again and you will be booked with the same groomer. 

No fee to join! 

There is no additional fee to join or cancel. The grooming price is the same. If you cancel and choose to initiate membership again in the future, a membership re-Initiation fee of $49 will apply. 

Easy and convenient!

Your credit card will be kept on file for easy payment processing. You will receive a text reminder 7 days before and again, the day before the appointment. 

The majority of our clients are members! Non-members are welcome to book an appointment with us. But the availability would be limited and you will be booked with any groomer available. 

Rescheduling or skipped appointments:

• If the appointment date and time assigned by your groomer does not work, you must inform Boops N’ Bubbles immediately. Rescheduling is very challenging for mobile grooming as we pre-set our routes weeks in advance. 
• We understand life happens. If you must reschedule, we will do our best to find you a spot close to your original appointment date as we require members to keep to their 4 or 8-week schedules. However, we can not guarantee availability. 
• Rescheduled appointments may not be with the same groomer.
• If the Member delays or skips a grooming appointment, an Extra Care fee may be charged if the dog’s coat is in poor condition.
• Frequent rescheduling or missing appointments multiple times a year will result in cancellation of your membership.
